HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) — Police are looking for a missing 2-year-old boy in Hampton.

Hampton police said in a tweet Noah Tomlin was last seen in his home in the 100 block of Atlantic Avenue — in the Buckroe Beach area — around 1 a.m. He was reportedly wearing a white and green pajama shirt and diaper.

A police spokesperson said they received a call about Tomlin’s disappearance just after 11:30 a.m.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hampton Police Division at 757-727-6111."

Thank you for giving me the link to Noah’s thread @Momof4RN Quickly went through thread...I knew as soon as it said the mother saw him at 1am but didn’t report him missing until 11:30 that morning What is WRONG with these (I don’t wanna call her this!!) mother’s?!? So heart broken for the lil guy!!

The liver and left leg were the only body parts that were recognizable. Severe bruises on the left leg, signs of major abuse
Severe skull fractures- injury was as if the child had fallen several stories (ETA: not saying he fell several stories, just saying that this was how severe the two fractures on the skull were). Injuries were "horrific"
Chronic battering, rib fractures, jaw fractures- all in stages of healing, which means they were inflicted while Noah was alive.
His bones stopped growing either from malnutrition or severe trauma
