Have you seen this missing endangered woman? 81-year-old Norma Virginia Martin was last seen around 1 a.m. near RT 123 and Fairfax Blvd. She is 5’ tall, 115 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes. She was wearing a blue jacket and dark pants. Norma should be driving a gray 2016 Toyota Corolla with Delaware tag 942032. She is considered endangered due to mental and/or physical health issues.
