First of all i think you are relying too much on Criminal Profiles, they are pseudoscience, they are guesses there's obvious things you can extrapolate from circumstances but they are almost never completely correct, in fact the majority of the time they are more wrong than right. It's very concerning that you believe strongly in profiling but not DNA. You also have to remember that eyewitness testimony is awful, like close to the worst kind of evidence even under the best circumstances. This was far from the best circumstances so sketches being innaccurate is hardly surprising especially since individual sketches of the suspect differed significantly.

Do you have any evidence that Ralph was in California during the Maggiore's murders or at any time during the Golden State Killings?

But now I am publicly saying the FBI will need to be held accountable for how long innocent people remain incarcerated for his crimes. For instance it is my belief the conviction of Mr Talbott in Washington State was a wrongful one where information on the misidentifications with genetic genealogy was withheld from his defence. With Jackson it is sometimes what you do not see and have you seen any photos of his trial and any TV Programs on his 2010 crime.

I believe Mr DeAngelo is an innocent man whose treatment as an elderly US Citizen has been a complete disgrace with his constitutional and human rights violated. Let's just say he is guilty the release of this photo is wrong and unprofessional. I am also accusing him of bullying me under the username ralphman and others on the message boards. I will tell the lawyers anytime in the Golden State Killer case and the NorCal rapist case that the actual offender was Ralph Jackson.

That link doesn't say what you're saying it does. I'm aware he blamed it on viagra but first of all we don't know if that was just some ridiculous attempt at an excuse, secondly he was in his late 50s at that point and you said he had an issue with his penis his whole life. How do you know that?

Track down his residency history, work history, prison record. If you find out he was in prison in Virginia on February 2 1978 then you know he didn't kill the Maggiore's and likely did none of the GSK/VS/EARS crimes.

They have so far failed to identify him as one and they know he is EAR/ONS. They have failed to identify and allowed innocent men to suffer for his crimes for over a year this is reality of the situation. This is the EAR/ONS case. Although I respect the honesty and integrity of their individual agents who I believe want to see the case solved for the victims I am not making a pitch to the FBI they know who he is and that is why as an institution they have failed to identify him for almost a decade and for over a year now with innocent people suffering for his crimes. There is only so much I can do when he is cleared and then the FBI hold a Press Conference looking for another offender when they knew who he was then and he was likely already dead. Of course I am not up against what I believe to be erroneous DNA hits that are wrongly presented as billion to one facts. Cheers.

Thanks but you stating something does not make it factual. He killed one person that doesn't make him a serial killer. How does the FBI know he's a serial killer, have they stated this anywhere? How do they know he's EAR/ONS? How would you know this?

But this is the EAR/ONS case so it might be best to leave me to it Due the scale of his crimes the FBI and particularly his Directors have never wanted to admit he existed. They might want to catch him to stop him committing other crimes but not admit he existed. This is why they held a Press Conference in 2016 looking for another offender and that is partly the reason innocent people are in jail for his crimes and partly the reason innocent people have remained in jail for so long because they do not want to admit to this now. This is the EAR/ONS case. Think of all the wasted time and money apart from anything else. This is EAR/ONS case. It is my view and backed up by the evidence that no other LE was told who he was hence Anne-Marie Schubert had no clue at the 2016 Press Conference he was dead already and his identity known. This is the EAR/ONS case and all in the name of an ongoing investigation that never has a conclusion so is not really ongoing. This is the EAR/ONS case in my opinion It gets worst and worse so he is never identified and it is always next year. This is the EAR/ONS case EAR/ONS never has a DNA hit because he is EAR/ONS and hence investigators like Paul Holes never really knew about the scale of the crimes or that his identity was known when he was identified. I am crazy but telling the truth this is the EAR/ONS case. Innocent men suffer for his crimes with no end in sight and this is the EAR/ONS case

He claimed he thought it was his daughter and son in-law and that he got offended when he exposed her breasts, it also later says counsel made determination on his mental state at the time of the crime largely from the testimony of his family but it doesn't say whether the daughter backed him up.


Mr. Jackson clearly has a history [of] chronic poly- substance dependence, which had escalated significantly in the weeks leading up to the present offense. His judgment and thinking were impaired, along with a decrease in work attendance and motivation, likely attributable to this increasing substance usage. He apparently has no prior history of violent or aggressive behaviors and he has had a stable employment and social history. While we do not find evidence of an underlying psychiatric illness such as depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia, or a medical illness leading to changes in mental status, he does appear to have been impaired at the time of the offense, likely due to a combination of intoxication and emotional distress.

Whether this is true or a ridiculous lie he doesn't sound like some mastermind killer.

Cheers this really is one last post at the moment and I come back and look at what is left of the thread. It is an easy to think that about him but EAR/ONS was a drunk as was the Blue Parkway Rapist in 1984

See, there's no way you could know this. It's much more likely the FBI haven't thought about him since his conviction/death. There's no reason to, he had no prior criminal or violent history, he worked all his life and had a family, his crime was incredibly stupid and sloppy, he was a drunk and a druggie who was heavily impaired at the time of the crime and importantly his drink and drug use had escalated in the weeks leading to his killing.
