MISSING ADULT

Newport News Police Department needs assistance locating a missing person. Rassoul Smith, 46, was reported missing on November 16, 2022 after friends and family had not seen or heard from him in three days.

Mr. Smith is not considered endangered at this time; however, his lack of contact with friends and family is not consistent with his usual behavior.

Mr. Smith was last seen November 13, 2022 in the 400 block of Manor Road. He is described as a black male, 6-foot-4, approximately 200 pounds, with brown eyes. He is bald with a trimmed beard.

Anyone who sees Mr. Smith or knows of his whereabouts is asked to call Newport News Police Department Emergency Communications at 757-247-2500.
