Human remains found four years ago in Northern Virginia have been identified as Kill Devil Hills resident Glenn Edward Wilson...

The remains of a white man were found April 5, 2008 in a creek in Farmville, Va. The investigation has led the Prince Edwards County Sheriff’s Office and Virginia State Police to believe that man was Wilson, at 50 years of age. An autopsy showed Wilson to have suffered a fatal gunshot wound.

Investigators believe Wilson was a carpenter in Kill Devil Hills and Dare County, NC.

The NamUs listing hasn't been taken down yet. Interesting to note there are now 1,024 exclusions listed.
