Recovered/Located VA - Richard Simmons, 43, Orange, 27 Aug 2017

The Town of Orange Police Department are asking for your help in finding a missing Buena Vista man.

43-year-old Richard Lee Simmons, who goes by Lee Simons, of Buena Vista, Va was last seen in the Town of Orange early Sunday morning.

Simmons reportedly left an apartment at Oakbrook Estates and went to the Sheetz on Madison Rd.

Officials say that Simmons was reported missing by his fiancée on Monday, August 28 when he did not return.

Information gathered from the ongoing investigation indicate that Simmons was heading back to the Buena Vista area in the company of two other individuals. These individuals have been identified and are cooperating with the investigation.

Simmons is approximately 6'4" and weighs around 350 pounds.

The first picture below shows Simmons at the Sheetz with what was identified as the last known clothing items that he was
wearing.
