On December 2 51-year-old Matthew Ellis Davis was charged with three felony counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery - Victim Under Age 13 and one misdemeanor count of Sexual Battery. On December 4, ABC13 obtained a criminal complaint in the case, which details an account from four girls: a 15-year-old, two 14-year-olds and a 12-year-old.
