Police seek help locating missing Henrico County woman
Shannon Nappi, 23, was reported missing Tuesday at around 10:25 a.m. She was last seen on foot near the 2700 block of Poplar Haven Court.
A police spokesperson told 8News they do not suspect foul play, but believe Nappi may be in danger.
