No he isn't the deputy most suspected did it. On Facebook his name has been brought up several times. He's dead now so if he did it, there will never be justice for Tammy. I believe the person of interest you are referring to is Meecham as seen on a news 4 clip four years ago.
Can we agree that it's time to tell Tammy Marie Thorpe that there are those of us who know that Deputy Eddie Wines took her life? And there are those of us who say that Tammy's car was not driven to the Chevron station by Tammy, but by the other deputy on duty. And that Bob Mosier requested the DNA, fingerprints etc. be washed off of Tammy's car? Meecham was waste of resources.

We see police corruption everywhere which sadly includes my hometown. I feel so sad for Tammy's family. I believe the sheriff's office wanted to pin the murder on Meecham. Those directly involved will take their secrets to the grave. The brotherhood or good old boy system is still alive and kicking there. Imo
