Found Safe VA - Thomas Lowery, 40, Woodbridge, 6 Oct 2017

Thomas Hendrick Lowery, is a 40-year-old white male, 5-foot-8 and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans, tennis shoes and a black backpack with silver stripes.

Around 9:30 a.m. Friday, Lowery walked away from his home in the 15800 block of Bobolink Drive in Woodbridge. He left voluntarily, but police say he may be in need of help.

The police ask that anyone with information about his whereabouts call 703-792-6500.
