Ms. Perez obtained this statement in Nov. 2022 from the teen who was still attending the same school and was in the 11th grade at the time she wrote it.
I've read nothing from Ms. Perez about the school speaking with the student in 2022 onward about her accusations and nothing from Ms. Perez that she immediately contacted the girl's parents about their daughter's accusations about the abortion when she was informed about it in Nov 2022 and they should also be the ones to contact authorities and get legal counsel.
The same Ms. Perez that was/is so concerned that the parents were denied their parental rights under Virginia law as being the ones needed to sign for their minor daughter's abortion.
Did I miss the reporting that says otherwise?
The then teen would be about 21 yrs old today and obviously will be questioned by authorities.
imo
