Found Safe VA - William Carroll, 40, Carroll County, 2 Dec 2017

They say 40-year-old William McCoy Carroll left his home on December 2 near Galax and was last seen headed to Roanoke to speak with the FBI.

According to Officials, Carroll has some medical issues and may not be in possession of his medications.

Anyone with information on Mr. Carroll is asked to contact the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office at 276-728-4146 or their local law enforcement agency.

Carroll's sister also says he suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and may not be in possession of his medications.
