#Bosma family sang for me today. Unforgettable. Apparently I was supposed to bring the baking. #Dutchbirthdayrule #oops

Warm hearted moment at #BosmaTrial. The Bosma family just sang HBD to reporter @HefCHCHNews. @ctvkitchener

Interesting!

So I guess we now know what happened with the pre-trial for WM. The judge must have decided there is enough evidence to go ahead.

2 murder trials in the first half of 2017, buckle up DM this will be rough.

Buckle up, sleuthers !!

He's going to jail for the rest of his life. Like Bernardo, he isn't coming out. All of society will be better for it.

I agree. Let's hope the jury concurs with us.

All MOO.

So has the jury asked the judge Goodman ....any questions this am as they usually do? I sincerely wonder what is tieing up the Jury in reaching a verdict...IMO there is tons of evidence the Crown produced to Hang especially Dellen and they do not have to know who pulled the trigger of the gun who killed Tim Bosma .There is enough evidence from the gun and incinerator that they did a very dirty deed....JMHO ...Please let the Jury see the evidence and end their delberations already ...again JMHO ...Justice for Tim Bosma ...please ...I guess I am feeling very impatient already ...JMHO robynhood.

Ommmm.......

I tweeted AC to ask and he did not respond.

BTW The other day I asked Adam Carter if there was a book in his future. He replied 'No Book.....but a long story when the trial is over.

did anyone see Lisa Hepfner's 6:00 report yesterday? She was talking about the bosmas and I'm pretty sure she was having a hard time holding back tears. It was touching.

Actually, Whidden was recounting what MILLARD had told her, so could be BS from Millard. Meneses could have been told the same story. JMO

He was probably setting up a lie to his friends about what happened to the gun that everyone knew about, even if they all lied and said they didn't know he had guns. It was probably the gun LE confiscated that he claimed was stolen, along with some drugs to make it sound legit. A cover story for those who were not "in the know" about how WM really died.

I think insurance companies won't payout if a suicide occurs within two years of the policy being issued. After that I believe under certain circumstances they may do. At least that is my understanding and I could be wrong lol.

Just jumping off your post....

I can't see why a 72yr old man worth millions would have life insurance. The premiums would be extremly high and for what purpose? His sole heir was getting a hefty inheritance at the time of his death anyway.

Reminds me of the prosecutions theory in Arias case, Of Jodi Arias staging a house break and enter ( theft of her grandfathers gun) in order to use the gun to murder TA.

I am sure this has been discussed before, but I am wondering if Wayne Millard might have discovered something to do with Laura's murder, and perhaps that might have been why he was murdered? Just a thought.

I'm pretty sure just the week before he was murdered he had announced he was getting married. Pretty sure that had something to do with it. MOO

Trials maybe?

Most of the reporters who have stuck this trial out to the end are Hamilton based reporters. It's unlikely that any of them will be assigned to the other trials in Toronto if their employers do not feel the expense is worth it as it is not a local story anymore. They may just publish daily updates based on wire stories coming out of the GTA.

I wonder when Millard told his story about his "break in?" LW mentions his series of bad luck in a text on May 10th

AD just posted the Bobcat video with sound....I can't figure out how to link it.....if you follow his twitter he has it there

ETA - Snoop beat me to it.....and is obviously more computer savvy than I....

I love Christie Blatchford......but honestly, who knows the first installment better than the journalists who have already put in 'hard' time on this one. The trials to come are just 'the rest of the story' IMO.

AD posted the Bobcat video with audio with the mysterious "boom" sound, which sounds a bit like rolling thunder and not at all like a sharp gunshot IMO.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBPOk7SNoow&feature=youtu.be
I find it interesting that the boom occurs and the brake lights almost immediately light up and the truck pulls off to the side of the road. If interpreted as a gun shot, MS was not in the truck. And, it would support his story, no?
