Millard lawyers look like they're heading down to the cells to see their client. #Bosma

I think the conversation is going something like this:

DM: What the hell happened you were supposed to defend me?!
Lawyer: What did you expect?! You are a royal idiot and horrible criminal!

Well I must have had a mini stroke as I was waiting for the verdicts because I thought I was out of smokes and then as my nerves calmed down after the verdicts were known, I noticed the almost full carton of cigarettes on the counter that I had just bought yesterday! lol I survived the worst of the tension without smoking so maybe it's a sign I should quit! :)

BBM - YES you should! As a healthcare professional I can offer all sorts of assistance if you like ;)

SB probably decided to make a statement out of the court so that it reaches more people and in time there will be more opposition to those two ... being released.

Although they could have gotten their DNA many many times in the last 3 years it would never have been able to be introduced into a trial if need be.
Now they can actually link their DNA to other crimes, should it be there ;)

Looks like the Crown don't get their DNA until after a conviction. So now they want it.

MOO

I guess the jury members can now look at the information they weren't allowed to hear and breathe a sigh of relief that they did make the right decision!

They have been discharged from jury duty and can look at whatever they wish now.

I think it may have gone better for MS if he didn't take the stand! That screwed him big time!

Do you think? I think either way same verdict

I am just sooo over the moon happy for Sharlene and the Bosma Army. I have to admit I had my doubts on 1st degre for MS, but in the end it does not matter. The jury that sat for 4 months listening to this trial and all it's horrific details had the best seat to get the details and hear he evidence. I have no doubt each member will sleep well at night.

And the Bosma's can celebrate TIM, JUSTICE, FATHER'S DAY AND THE FACT THE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN HIS MURDER WILL NEVER WALK FREE!

When I was on jury duty, we were not instructed not to read about what we had missed, and you can be sure I read it all.

Tons of smiles and hugs in the hallways as the Bosma family thank all their supporters and the police who worked on the case.
