If there's a not guilty verdict on both counts and then they cut to Tammi's face, I may be traumatized for life.

I really do not think the jury has found Tammi not guilty of forgery, I mean it's clear, the proof is right there.
But you never know.........

Well, Sonni and Mike Brooks said guilty to both counts. Mike made my point; that by forging her cousin's name, she was trying to delay Logan getting custody. As I said last night, I believe if found guilty of custodial interference (and I'm "squishy" on that one, it will be because she talked to EJ in Texas and tried to get her to Tennessee, under her control.

Poor thing. She got so rattled about having to rush into court that she forgot to bring along her sleeves.

:floorlaugh: omg u r funny!

OK, this is my plan of action.

1. Put lunch in microwave
2. Pee
3. Grab microwaved lunch
4. Burn my hands with the plate (ALWAYS, darnit)
5. Come back into office
6. Close door
7. Watch verdict with y'all ladies

Someone on IS made a good point, though. How can she be guilty of forgery only? If she forged the document it was done to interfere with Logan's custodial rights. That's kinda the way I see it too, I guess. moo

If she's found guilty on both counts will she be escorted to jail today? If she is sentenced to jail will she be able to be out pending an appeal and if there is an appeal how likely is it that the verdict will be overturned?

Someone on twitter wrote that when Tammi was on her way into court she said
"God will set me free, he is on my side"

Sounds to me that Tammi was hitting the bottle again this morning....lol

IF Tammi is found GUILTY --and I do believe she's guilty on both counts:
Tammi will blame her defense attorneys.
I can just hear her saying: "I wrote all those notes on my pads, and YOU would not listen to me...and obey ME, and tell them what I SAID."

Either way it will be an Oscar worthy display of drama. She can't help herself.

IIRC, Beth Karas said that if found guilty, she would probably be on bond until sentencing. There was something about something being presented in court during sentencing that could effect the outcome. She was speaking way to fast for me to get all of it.

In addition, she said that if found guilty of the counts with no aggravating factors, she could get probation, so she won't be locked up yet.

I think she will be found guilty, because the jury really looked at all the evidense, they took their time.
Maybe some time was taken to make a juror or two see what the EVIDENCE clearly showed.

I hope I don't have to eat my words in a little while......
