#Rafferty jury never heard how a woman he met online accused him of drugging, choking and raping her

OMG OMG OMG...it just keeps coming! HOW HOW could they think that he wouldn't have anything important on his computer or electronics this guy spent 24 hrs a day on his blackberry

it feels strange to be spread all out over different threads now! Can I just say a big thanks to all who have been on their best behavior over the last few months! The publication ban has not been easy and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I keep thinking about how the jury is going to feel when they find out about the laptop etc. This was wrong wrong wrong.

Police found nine child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 “movies” on the hard drive. It is not known exactly when they were downloaded or how long they were.

The investigation uncovered 13 women who reported that Rafferty had a penchant for sexual choking — some of which they said was not consensual.

Investigators said they were told Rafferty had one woman who was reluctant to participate in his sexual violence sign a consent note, saying she agreed “to what Mike and I are doing tonight sexual choking and passing out and other things.”

Was hoping for all the supressed evidence to go on other thread, and this thread be kept for the verdict related discussions?

Well I walked the line a few times. However, I wrote many a posts and deleted them before I posted them knowing they could get in me trouble. Also would like to thank the mods for doing a wonderful job and being fair.

I think MTR should be praying for life right now. He'll be a lot safer in PC than he will be on the street.

I think you're right here. If released, I don't see him getting the kid glove treatment that Homolka got.

Not saying right or wrong, not inciting vigilante behaviour; I just don't see him surviving. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

For the people who went to the court house and legal matters were discussed , Could you hear them but there was a ban that you couldn't repeat it? Just curious if those that went to the court was able to hear legal matters?

Discuss all things related to the suppressed evidence and publication ban here (Mods, can you change the title of the thread so it is clear? Thanks!)

Yep you could hear all legal matters being discussed, but not supposed to repeat anything that the jury is not present for.

So they may have heard about the laptop evidence? I should have went to the court. Then I wouldn't have had a doubt at all! Not that i had much but i did have 1% doubt at times with TLM word. But wow this should never have been left out. JMO

It was bad enough back in 2009 when Tori was missing and then found and then to hear what happened. I believed we all grieved for Tori. But with MR pleading innocent i am angry at myself for trying to find holes in TLM story. When he is soooo guilty. The public and the jury was duped IMO. I hope the jury comes out with a guilty plea tonight. Lets waste no time getting this guy behind bars for 25 years and no parole!

What time does the jury get together in the morning if they don't decide by 9 tonight?
