OMG I cant handle this anymore... Your right there has to be at least one person that is not sure.....Please tell me its 1st degree murder. Any less I am going to be sick. I pray to Gawd that there is a publication ban on a couple of women because they are going to charge him with rape or child rape. I am telling you I am so sick to my stomach. The more I read the more stressed I get thinking they are going to go with Manslaughter.

After hearing all the evidence the only thing I thought the jury was going to get stuck on was the rape and I dont care at this point as long as he gets 1st degree murder.

Damn it that sick twisted creature.

What can they be questioning?? OMG

they could also be watching it to solidify their vote (trying to be glass half full lol)

Mike Knoll: @guest - there was an "incident" at the jail where he was being held that led to a full lockdown. He was unable to leave his cell to get to court on time. The incident had nothing to do with him.

I'm sorry but I just can't seem to get over this statement:

Or MTR's mother?

I wondered that too, I guess he would know if they can attend the pre-trial hearings. Also I think some of it was brought up in legal arguments during the actual trial so I am sure Tori's family heard at least art of it.

I doubt MR's mom knew about any of it, she hasn't really been there, it was disclosed to public, I don't think it would have been disclosed to his mother prior either.

It would be the last trial I ever follow if MR is found not guilty because I would have 0 faith in the justice system anymore. Not only was this case heartbreaking but you know there are people out in this world like MR and TLM and yet its hard to accept that there are actually people this evil and if the justice system can't lock them away, I can't accept that.

Seriously how can these people sleep at night knowing this information and withholding it from the jurors.
