Juan is a shady prosecutor who hide evidence in her case.

We'll see if she really wants the DP. If she's at all authentic with her convictions, we should see her DT stand down and just allow her to ask for the DP tomorrow. Of course, she is inauthentic, and I wouldn't be surprised if she begs for mitigation.

Nurmi & Wilmott will say that Jodi wants the DP, but that's another sign of her innocence, because she can't face life in prison for killing self-defense. So please give her a chance to get a second trial and freedom. Of course, that pretty much guarantees they'll give her the death penalty, but I bet that's what they'll try.
