After Travis was killed, Chris and Sky were able to read all of their emails. Obvious JA hacked into his emails.
He doesn't know what exactly happened on the 26th. He reveals for the first time that JA said she is going to call her atty on the following day in one of the last emails. His theory is: JA threatened to reveal the sex tape to Mimi. Or something similar. That outraged TA. She revealed that she had threatened him with that. He was hurt, betrayed, scammed by that.

I really don't think any of us will ever know what sparked those texts on May 26th. I just cant see Travis telling her he is going to expose JA to her PARENTS and friends if it had to do with the sex tape.

I think she knew she was going to need an attorney because she had done something criminal against Travis.

And no one believed they exchanged e-mail passwords ... that was just silliness on her part on the stand.

At the risk of sounding shallow, which I am not, I don't get all the "beautiful" comments made in reference to JA. She was an average looking young woman, who put a lot of effort (fake hair, fake , plenty of "paint" and "wallpaper") into looking "sexy". Nothing wrong with that, many women do (Mrs W does!), but one cannot cover up the ugly that dwells within JA.

It's is a shame that our society is so hung up on physical appearances; I am NOT making "ugly" jokes about JA or anyone else!! Decent people are decent and evil people are evil - regardless of how they're put together!!

What further infuriates me is while people are calling JA beautiful, gorgeous etc. ( I think i spit up in my mouth typing that) they also post photos of plus sized women with insulting captions, not knowing anything about the person inside that body. There is nothing beautiful or desirable about JA IMHO!

Chris says SHE WAS PRE-MEDITATING MURDER after the May 26th. No doubt about it. Lined up the gas cans, made arrangements for the car, etc

Next email says: Two things you're wrong about:
I did not slash your tires, I did not steal your journals.
Nothing about anything else he said about her. Didn't clear up the other stuff because she was already planning murder.
Then the email she sent when he was already dead: "Hey baby, I know you're in Cancun, gonna stay at your house and eat your yummy oatmeal."

I do believe that Justice for Travis and his family is critical.

However, what we know of Jodi and Travis's relationship is only fragmented - and seen through the eyes of witnesses and emails years after it happened.

If I discovered that one of my son's was sleeping with an ex girlfriend, calling her names, talking nasty behind her back - while openly out there looking for a wife... well, look out kiddo - cause momma's comin and she's angry as a hornet.

That's just no way to behave. It's not worth killing over, or dying for - certainly. But when two people so completely twist a relationship into something really ugly - it can happen.

As for Sociopath - well, a number of psychologists examined her. There were 2 different diagnosis. Sociopathic personality wasn't one of them. And I believe the DMI includes that diagnosis.

If you accept Dr DeMarte's diagnosis - BPD - Jodi is the opposite of many things attributed to her in social media. Borderline's loath themselves. Not love themselves. http://bpd.about.com/od/understandingbpd/a/suicide_ar.htm

I'm quite sure that was about the priceline billing for the rental car as evidenced by her bank staement.

No, but pre-murder, she was photogenic and she understood how to have her best side photographed.

Different from beautiful but she definitely could find the best light and she used it to her advantage. I can actually see her making the person take the photo 18 times before she was happy.

As much as I despise her whatever that hex is she puts on people, is apparent in those early photographs.
