No, I didn't say they have to agree on both. But they do have to decide on both: 1. Premeditated; and, 2) felony murder.
If 6 jurors only think its premeditated, but the other 6 think it's not premeditated but IS felony murder, then the verdict will be 'guilty of 1st degree murder' (they can get there either way).
But they could also find her guilty of both: 1. premeditated, AND 2. felony murder. They have to decide both questions.
So, getting to understand the jury instructions (yes, it's confusing) could have taken an hour or two in itself.
The verdict sheet shows this pretty clearly, but I can't find it right now.
