How could she have dropped the camera? She obviously had it strapped around her neck to have snapped those inadvertant pictures!

Good sign that jury is deliberating through lunch

Do we know this for sure or did HLN just forget (or decide not) to stop their verdict watch clock for lunch?

My guess was 5 hours which is an hour past lunch and I'm still nervous thinking about how long it's already been.

It seems they are not taken care of for lunch.

Lunch Breaks: Jurors have at least one hour for lunch. There is a cafe located in the downtown Phoenix complex and several eating establishments within easy walking distance. There is a cafeteria located in the Southeast facility as well. Jurors may also bring a lunch. Breaks are announced throughout the day.

Ill be happy to swap with you any day ! Texas has 110 degrees 80 % humidity absolutely miserable and no mountains or ocean or beautiful pine trees ( except for a small swatch in East Texas called lost Pine)

There are lots of pine trees in TX. But, I live in East Texas and not sure what lost Pine is. The whole Gulf is ocean, and there are mountains in West TX and South Texas. You are right about the temps though and they can be miserable for a few weeks out of the year. But, no place is perfect year round. jmo

Oh it's possible with women in their 20's/30's too. A drastic reduction in calories/nutrients will do that. Also, there are women who lose/gain weight in their faces before losing it anywhere else.

If we think the past five years have hardened/changed Jodi's looks (combo of weight loss, hardening that comes with spending time in jail), imagine what she'll look like five years from now. No more county jail for Jodi--on to the big house.

That was good seeing Judge Perry speak out .. especially the story about Casey flipping her lid in the holding cell. He knows she's guilty, but he seems to have accepted it, I'm glad he said the state had better lawyers, I still blame the jury .. if that upsets anyone I'm sorry, even the judge thinks the state proved their case, that only leaves one variable.

He may finally be realizing his failed responsibility in that horrible excuse of a trial.

OMG, I worked there, at that exact one as a teenager! To this day I have never had a better strawberry margarita.

Excellant food and Long Island Ice tea. I ate there almost every week during my pregnancy and my daughter was born with a head full of black hair. I nor her dad had black hair.

Reimbursement for Mileage: Jurors appearing for service and released the first day, not selected for trial, are paid for mileage only. Jurors who have been selected will receive $12.00 per day plus mileage. Mileage is calculated from the middle of your home zip code to the court house. The rate, which is currently 44.5 cents per mile, is set by the legislature of the State of Arizona.

I think that Jodi has dry mouth that could result from medication/s she's taking. Anti-depressants usually have this side effect.

In an earlier discussion about this, a poster mentioned the possibility of Tardive Dyskinesia that can be a side effect of psychotropic drugs. My sister had this symptom from one of her meds, and it was much more serious than running her tongue across her teeth or licking her lips. TD has very unpleasant symptoms that cause involuntary lip-smacking, tongue darting in and out of the mouth, clucking noises, puffing and blowing movements of the mouth/cheeks, etc. My sister had her doctor change her prescription so she no longer has this problem. I think it is likely that Jodi has dry mouth.

Aww, that is awful Betty, hopefully the medication change worked for your sister.

I was watching JA interview from September 2008. She is very confident and lying through her teeth (excuse the pun).

Just my opinion, but I think she uses lip licking while speaking as a form of seduction. She is very narcissistic.

Not sure if she would have been on any antidepressant medication at that time and not sure she has ever been on antidepressants.

The only drug I have heard of that JA takes is a drug for the prevention of migraine headache. This drug may have its own side effects too.
