Beth Karas says the jurors left for the day. So there you have it. Who said it earlier? When the jury reaches a verdict, we'll have a verdict.

If they don't announce there's a verdict soon, I'll have to resort to eating my husband's slice of double fudge cake with a giant glass of milk.

BBM~I thought the DT called Mimi Hall as a witness?
IIRC she was the prosecution's very first witness. There was no video when I listened to her testimony, but she was amazing. She stood up for Travis and was questioned a great deal about the beliefs Mormons hold. She did her faith proud.

But what I remember most from her testimony was the way her genuine, sweet voice cracked when she was telling about entering the house through the garage. Honestly the depth of her feeling was so real, it broke my heart.

RT @courtpio: The jurors have gone home for the day in State V #JodiArias. Deliberations will continue tomorrow morning.

I enjoy the fact that Jodi is being kept in the basement and she is not allowed any writing utensils or anything to help the time go by. I've heard it all day but when the person responsible for her from the Sheriff's department explained this as well I just had to laugh.

So if waiting for the verdict is making you go nuts imagine Jodi sitting in a basement staring at walls waiting for her fate. I could just see her trying to do hand stands in her prison garb.

I've just finished a lovely shower, painted my nails and I am about to figure out a yummy dinner. Jodi? In the basement with her peanut butter sandwich.

I agree. Jodi even said there were "Clicks" in the recording. She explained those as being she kept hitting "save" so she wouldn't lose the recording. I think it is an awfully convenient excuse to use for the clicks. I think there are portions missing.

I assume Juan Martinez and Det. Flores had the tape analyzed (as they did the letters) to determine its authenticity.

Right... but who called her? DT or Juan? Didn't the DT call in Lisa?

Trial goes like this:
State case in chief
Defense case in chief
State rebuttal
etc...

The state called Mimi, as I previously said she was the first witness called.
The defense called Lisa

Not trying to single your post out....but I've seen several posts by people who are worried because no verdict yet. I'm not stressing...these jurors have shown that they are thinkers and are analyzing all of the testimony and evidence and had great questions throughout the trial. I am not surprised that they are hashing it out. If it were me, even if I went into deliberations with M1 in my mind, I would want to talk about everything. I've been able to talk about it for months on here and with my friend who is following trial, but I can't imagine what it has been like for those jurors who had to stay silent. I'd be a magpie in there!!!
Thanks for the rational thoughts. I'll try to keep them in mind when I'm stressing about no verdict yet.

They've been suggesting this all day, woven through the diatribe.

I think I'm glad it's not on TV here  . It's bad enough getting recaps of it online!!
