Seriously! I sat and watched all the jurors questions through out the night. This Jury has this. I'm not worried. :)

It doesn't mean that every juror asked a question so you can't really tell if the entire jury "has this".

There were a couple of juror questions that had me going WTH.

Hey everyone, Good Morning :-) do you all think this waiting for a verdict is worse than listening to JA on the stand with KN?

For me, no.

"I don't know what's going on in the jury room any more than anyone else, but I suspect that if they're hung up on some issues, these are likely suspects."

The jury's job is to review all the evidence and render a verdict. I suspect that is what they have been doing, reviewing the evidence. jmo

I am re-watching JA's cross examination and on day 23 (yellow shirt day)
Trying to be as objective as possible, just watching her on the video makes me want to smack her with how glib, smug and downright cocky she is; there is NO WAY that the jury did not feel that coming from her being just a few feet away from her.

She is on trial for her life and can't even control her arrogance enough to muster some semblance of humility?

No way can this jury feel sympathy for her regardless of the extraneous testimony over her background (if even true) or anything else used to garner emotions for her; the real her was on that stand when JM was questioning, THAT was the real Jodi; those days he questioned her contained the only authenticity in her jail ridden body.

I can't wait for JM to use that psychopath JA's proxy tweets against her after the verdict comes in. She is truly stunned, to hear she thinks she's as smart as Einstein is laughable.

Her latest tweet by proxy calls NG "DISgrace". LMAO JA can't possibly believe anyone thinks she's anything but a psycho?

Keep tweeting by proxy JA!

10 am Arizona time (which is 3 hours behind where I am in NYC, EST)- don't know why they have switched deliberation time from 9 to 10.

If they are going over each and every lie Jodi told on the stand we could be here for awhile.

ETA: That was weird. I had two quotes I did not quote and the quote I quoted was not carried over?????

Oooohhh, that's a real Sophie's choice.

AZ lawyer answered this in the legal thread. you're right---they don't have transcripts.

And prolific note-takers CEO, TriColor, and Ponytail aren't there. IIRC, Nancy and Maureen were dedicated note-takers too. It might be a good thing that they'll have to depend more on their collective memories, rather than feeling that what someone else chose to write down should be given added weight.

Look at the waiting time in this way...

For people who are upset that the jury is taking too long, if they came back very soon with a MS verdict, so many would be then complaining about them not taking long enough to look at everything.

I truly believe that they are taking their time to make the right decision. Even a week is not that long for a trial of this magnitude to take in jury deliberations. And, while we see Jodi as absolutely, positively, guilty of Murder 1, the jury does not know everything that we know. They are undoubtedly taking their time to check and double check everything. I see nothing wrong with this and, in fact, I am glad that they are doing so.

Hoping the jury isn't split or divided in some way. Jean's description of the two female jurors scares me senseless! *bites nails*

(snipped Cherry's food convo, though it sounded delish.)

Pay no attention to "Jinkasaurus"! She's just a pot-stirring :drama: queen!

Less traffic would be my guess. They ate lunch in yesterday cutting down on their 1 1/2 hour lunch which court usually allows them. The jury sets their own time, as they should.

Hi, I will try to watch closer today. This is a heck of a time to be sick! Last night while thinking it over I realized this is a case with the DP on one end and aquittal on the other. This will take time and it should. I feel she is completely guilty, should die,but I'm not the one sending her. I dont feel she can ever be rehabilitated....then too I am trying to keep track of the ladies in Cleveland. The man who rescued them is a hoot! God Bless him! he said " anytime a beautiful little white girl runs into the arms of a black man and says save me, you know there is something wrong". One girl has a 6 year old girl. :seeya:

I hope that at least a handful of these jurors paid as much attention to Jodi's courtroom behavior as they did her testimony. Jodi's immature antics, busy-work (drawing, erasing, writing), glaring and staring at Travis' family and the jury, laughing or smiling at inappropriate times, etc. are a testament to her severe personality disorder and a sure sign that she is unstable and would likely kill again if given the opportunity. :moo:

so anxious for the verdict. So what is the feel for the length of the wait thus far? Are you worried its taking too long or reassured that unlike another jury I won't name, these folks are giving the evidence their full and thorough attention?

As long as they are deliberating we can rest assured they have decided to review the evidence for themselves and we can all pray together that justice for Travis is on its way in the verdict of murder one (premeditated and felony both).

I have to go to the DMV this afternoon. This whole time I have been in a position to watch should a verdict come down.So..... I am hopeful for this afternoon, but not going to go into a panic if it is not today, I have been thinking about it and have decided that I am not going to stress until Friday afternoon. As someone on another thread stated, we all were incensed in the trial that shall not be named that the jury did not even go through the evidence,
going to keep the faith that is exactly what this jury is doing...their job !If the jury leaves on Friday afternoon and we still have no verdict, I will officially go into panic mode.
