We are back from recess. Defense is arguing there was some evidence from the FBI they did not get.

The judge is sending the jury home until 8:30 tomorrow to allow for the defense to work with the FBI witness on the evidence issue the defense team has.

Judge said he can't force the FBI to hand over anything, be deposed, show up to court, etc. since they're a federal agency. He agreed that if the state said they gave everything than everything defense has is all that can be required. #trialtweets #jimmyrodgersontrial
