   Teresa Sievers was driving a mini-van, she pulled in the garage, she pulled out her luggage and set it at the front of the van, Wright said.

Wright was concerned Teresa Sievers was going to see him.

"I thought if she saw me she was either going to hit the panic button or take off running," Wright said.

He decided to follow her in the house, Wright said.

When Rodgers and Wright first got to the garage, Rodgers picked up a hammer and made a hammering motion, Wright said.

Rodgers said the hammer was Teresa's destiny, Wright said.

Jimmy's nickname was "Jimmy the hammer," Wright said.

Wright's plan was still to put her in a choke hold, but he had the hammer as back-up, he said.

He couldn't get close enough to her to put her in a choke hold because he kicked over a dog dish, Wright said.

The dishes went flying everywhere and made a huge noise.
