FYI - this "Mark didn't want Teresa dead" strategy and suggesting that Wayne & Teresa were seeing each other as a part of the open marriage agreement is a bright preview of what the defense is going to argue in Mark's case. I have that on good authority. Someone in the know told me that's where this was headed several weeks ago.

So go ahead and buckle up. If you think this trial has ticked you off, you ain't heard nothing yet.

I hope that TS’ family is prepared for that. I can’t imagine going through everything they have, and then hearing TS’ character being ripped to shreds on top of it all.

Mark is vengeful though. He is going to try to destroy EVERYONE. Not just Teresa. Not just Wayne. Remember my words. Not just legal strategy either. I personally believe Mark has insisted upon it. I loathe that man more than anyone on the face of this earth. It's unhealthy how much I detest him.

Mark communicated with the insurance company after Teresa’s murder. They told him he could not collect due to the nature of the case. That’s in the evidence which I don’t have time to look but I probably have it on my iPad.
