The jury responded that they need more time to deliberate. The judge is going to ask how long they are willing to stay tonight, or if they are done for the day then he will ask them to come back tomorrow at 8:30.

They just probably want to go home for the day and spend time with family. It can be pretty intense in deliberation so they probably are just wanting a rest.

Jurors going back to decide if they want to stay late or not. A few jurors appeared to ask if they could make phone calls if they decided to stay late. It appears that could be an option. #trialtweets #JimmyRodgersontrial #TeresaSievers #nbc2courtcoverage

Judge Bruce Kyle is giving jurors the option to stay longer tonight, order some dinner, or go home and come back tomorrow morning. They'll go back to their room to decide #RodgersTrial @winknews
