Rodgers asked Shomaker to throw the pieces of the phone out the car window while they were driving home from Doe Run, Shomaker. The pieces were thrown out the window, she said.

That same day, Rodgers asked Shomaker to throw a jumpsuit out the car window while they were driving, Shomaker said.

He asked her to throw it in a river, but she was "in shock" and threw it took late, Shomaker said.

   "I remember me bringing it up," Shomaker said. "I asked her if he killed her and he said yeah."
