Wrong day to drop your last contact lens and then find it torn on the bottom of your shoe.

bummer. Can't stand not having contacts. The emergency glasses make me feel woozy, especially when walking. Sorry you lost one.

Jodi does not want her family to pled for her life. She wants the ability to say she got the death penality because her family was afraid to speak on her behalf. Appeal issue.

Jurors will deliberate around 9ish to 4:30. No FRIDAY #jodiarias #3tvarias

please tell me this means they wont still be a jury by friday

Really hoping that Friday doesn't even come into play here. This afternoon, following a lunch, the jury should chose a foreman and FINALLY talk about the case. Hopefully they are all on the same page and not starting with a huge divide on verdict.

I need to go buy a bottle of wine, hopefully to celebrate and not to drown my sorrows.

This is probably going to sound strange, but I wish that this jury would hang rather than vote for life. I would rather think that they couldn't come to an agreement than think that they, all 12, were swayed by the miserable tactics of the DT. If not the DP then I wish for a hung jury. :sigh:

I feel the exact.same.way.

I skipped most of the morning tweets but did KN do anything other than insult the intelligence of the jury?

"No one from the defense ever said this violent lying abusive child pornographer was a bad guy."

I figure if she doesn't get the death penalty, she wouldn't have gotten it if her allocution had consisted of: "I did it. I'm glad I did it. I'd do again. And FU to those beyotches over there in the front row who I'd just as soon slash the throats of as look at."

Anyone see any text alerts yet for a verdict from the news stations like they did before?

I will say verdict late Thursday afternoon. They all want this done by the weekend

I agree, also I'm sure that they and their employers would really like to see them back at work on Monday morning.

May I ask why you'd rather them hang?

I can see that being preferable; I don't think the judge would hand down LWP, so if it's going to be Life it might as well be Life that was reeeallly close to Death.

1) I can't believe they don't plan to deliberate on Fridays.
2) What do the alternates do now?

I promise you there will NOT be a verdict for life. If they actually come to a verdict, it will be DEATH.

Not Paintr, but to me this would be better because the defense and JA would still know that some will never say she deserves any mercy.

If the jurors come back quickly with a Death Sentence, it sure will make the Jodi-defense-team look like a pack of fools IMHO (fools who laughed all the way to the bank.... $$)
BBM Yes... but at what COST?

I really hope Tricia is able to interview some of the jurors this time. No bully foreman, fingers crossed.

Yes. He also insulted Travis once or twice. (Eye roll)
