I really hope the jury remembers the Victims Impact Statements. They were the most powerful and truthful words spoken.
I want them to remember the Alexanders and what would best ease their awful forever pain.
It has to be the Death Penalty...imo

The death threats JA speaks of I bet her in her mind are from the State. She has a wacky way of thinking and can change a meaning of something to suit her. MANIPULATION JA's middle name.

I hope her sense that death lurks in every corner of the court reflects a preoccupation with hangmen, electrocutioners, and needle zappers. I hope her stabby pencil figures in her nightmares as a stabby syringe shot of whatever they use to kill you in Arizona. I hope her handcuffs project the feel of straps on the gurney wherever she goes. I hope her little pink slippers every moment of the rest of her life create a zappy reminder bzing! it's not up to her when her life will end, but whenever someone else decides....BZING!

I wouldn't vote against her if I lived in Arizona. She has worked hard to preserve the Guilty conviction. If JSS has to sentence her, trust the FIL who said she's a hard . There is no way she's giving Jodi LWP even if she's in a "lite mood". I can trust her, even though I don't live in your state and can't vote.

I don't live in AZ, I live in the midwest. My BF lives in Scottsdale and she keeps me informed about what people there think. But if you say JSS will give her LWOP, that is good enough for me. I will sleep much better. As the www.ACUNC.ORG site says, "reality is that people sentenced to LWOP have been condemned to die, because nobody gets commuted from that sentence and nobody gets parole or ever gets out alive. So I can definitely live with that. I just wanted her to walk thru those CONDEMNED ROW doors. It would have to be a very scary feeling, even for a psycho like her. If JSS gives her LWOP, I will tell my friend to not vote against her. But knowing my friend she probaby wouldn't have voted anyway, she hasn't voted in the last four presidental elections. The woman just isn't political at all. We used to tease her about being a free spirit.

I don't know if this is good news or just idle gossip, but I just talked to my friend in Scottsdale AZ and she just returned from visiting her in-laws at Casas Adobes in the Tucson area, and the news came on about the Arias trial and her father-in-law commented that if that hard judge got to make the decision she would give her LWOP. He used to live in the Phoenix area a few years ago. He said she handed down hard sentences. But, and here's the, not so happy news, her own attorney in Scottsdale said it depended on JSS's mood on any given day how she sentenced anyone. Sometimes lite sometimes hard. So she don't know what to think.

I am depressed. I want the DP because I want her on CONDEMNED ROW. Just that name on wings door sends chills down my spine and I want her to feel it too. A life sentence affords her too much freedom and interaction with other people. She will continue to communicate with the outside and use those sycophants of hers to do anything she wants, perhaps even kill for her. One never knows with a Psycho like her. She draws others of the same ilk to her like a spider. And I can't even trust that worthless JSS to give her a Natural Life sentence.

I told my friend to vote against her next election, and she said she didn't think she was in her district but my friend is not a regular voter. She is not political in any sense of the word. I told her to ask Jack and find out and then vote against her. LOL

IDK what JSS would decide but also was curious as to what others thought she would do. I'm thinking JSS would give JA LWOP. JSS has been privy to everything, including the acting that JA has done only for the juries. From fake JA to the real JA, as soon as the jury is out of the courtroom. I almost think JA has forgotten that JSS might be the one who decides her fate.

Just watched Travis's last video. Wow!!! Just WOW! I don't care that he was doing his talk about PPL. My takeaway is what a superb, dynamic speaker he was!!! The knowledge he had, the way he made the topics flow, it all made sense. I am in awe of him! To think he accomplished that in his short 30 years! On JA's good day, she didn't deserve to be in the same room with him. Great speaker, great person. I hope his family finds peace & joy very soon. Death for her!!!

I have no idea how someone can file a charge against an anonymous twitter account for harassment. Especially someone who is in the public eye and has a twitter account of their own and is engaging. And if the "harassment" information that was recently filed in the JA case is just screen grabs of people talking about MDLR and MM online, I hope whomever has to review this case for an appeal is rightfully outraged by the ridiculous motions and nonsense that the JA defence team have piled on to make their job more difficult.

My advice to MDLR is this...

:welcome: MDLR is the mitigation specialist that likes to tweet during court and stir up trouble and MM is either JA's old ex-bf that she still has some kind of hold over, that helped her forge some letters that were disallowed because there were no originals(even the NationalEnquirer refused to buy them), had allegedly cried on his shoulder during her whole "bootie call" relationship with TA, etc etc and then another MM is a guy that used to know of TA from their early years back in Riverside, CA that had alleged(by affidavit only so he couldn't be crossed by JM) that he had "proof" that TA was responsible for some popups on their Bishop's pc back in the day and that TA had "abused" DeannaR., to try and backup JA's claims even though he doesn't know her from Eve..., which was disproven. In the meantime he's in New Zealand so can't be prosecuted for perjury... Hope that helps?

She is probably medicated. Lithium? Although, when JSS asked if she was taking her meds she said "no"; after she declined to allocute.

I'm medicated too. I still go through periods of cycling. Especially when I'm in a very stressful situation. I'm on diazepam at the moment as I am dealing with some stuff, and I'd be literally asleep if I had to sit in a court for hours at a time trying to concentrate on testimonies. Many BPD sufferers also self harm. It's a major factor in BPD. People with BPD also have low self worth. They tend to think that the are ugly, useless, unattractive. CMJA certainly doesn't think that! She is flirty, her photos from before prison show she's confident in her body image, she's narcissistic. It peed me off to hear her, frankly pathetic, faux suicide attempt. EVERY person I know with BPD has cut themselves at some point in their life. I'm rather ashamed to admit, but up until 10 years ago I had a big problem with self harming. But CMJA managed one small nick to her arm and then stopped because it stung? I'm calling BS! She has SOME symptoms of BPD, but they could also be attributed to other personality disorders.

I'm also amazed how for someone with supposed PTSD she hasn't had ANY typical PTSD reaction during the trial. She has listened to autopsy reports, seen photos, been around people with guns, heard others talk about the supposed domestic violence she endured, she herself talked about it, and no PTSD reactions. No freaking out, no dissociation, no panic attacks, no flashbacks, nothing. The whole premise of PTSD is that the trauma has mentally scarred you. My PTSD has me freaking out if I hear a certain song never mind talk about the trauma.

It angers me that conditions that I live with, BPD, severe depression, PTSD, Battered Women's Syndrome are all being used by CMJA and yet we see no evidence of her suffering from any side effects of those conditions. I'm not an expert, I put my faith entirely in Janeen DeMarte, but I can spot someone with BPD and PTSD a mile off, and I've sat and watched CMJA specifically trying to see BPD and PTSD ever since they were mentioned. I've gone over tapes and court testimony that she's done. I'm just not feeling it with her.
