I think it's great sign someone wants off. Maybe they know they can't vote death and DOES not want to hang the jury.

In one she spends her life in solitary and another she gets a chance to fraternize and bunk with other inmates. It's not the same.

If she misbehaves she'll get put in solitary even if she had privileges, and she won't get to fraternize with other inmates.

Many are assuming she'll get along with the other killers there and will be warmly welcomed, treated special, and be happy. There's nothing about Perryville to suggest any of that. Perryville =/ Sheriff Joe's little jail setup.

In the end she'll be at Perryville the rest of her natural life.

BK's earlier tweets said that JA was in the courtroom with the judge while working on other cases. Then we have BK saying that JSS is on speakerphone with Nurmi, waiting on JA to enter courtroom.

Conflicting tweets. THIS is why trial by tweet is so freaking hard to follow and understand!!!!

I think JA was in the courtroom and then taken back to her holding cell, that was my read of BK's notes any way. Now JA is back in the courtroom in stripes.

Actually a refusal to deliberate is grounds for the jury to ask for that juror to be kicked off.

AZlawyer just said that is a major problem if that's the case, vs. the one juror ASKING to be excused.

So the switcheroo is a rumor. Two regular ol' jury questions. Crockpot=working lunch as long as everyone wants chili (ok the chili part I made up.)

ETA: This moves so fast! According to BK there were 4 juror questions, only 3 were dealt with where she could hear. Beth has guessed (correctly or not, we don't know) that the fourth question was about the deliberating juror asking to switch with an alternate.

I'm guessing the "harassment" filings about unusual Marc & Maria are about providing more "evidence" for appeals about "intimidation" denying her due process actualized mitigation drone drone yada.

Both Marc and Maria have caused everything that's been said about them themselves. They need to grow up and stop putting stuff out there on SM

1. Marc McSecret McGee has been all over social media for at least a year if not longer yacking about Travis. And how he's gonna testify for Jodi blah blah blah. He has a "thing" for JA apparently.

He even threatened Juan on FB, which BTW the DT ordered to be sealed. Really??? TOO late, we've already seen it. There's so much more, I just don't want to waste my time on him anymore.

2. Maria...Who should know better (SMH) She's' the one who used the name CHA CHA to describe herself. We didn't make up that name to "degrade" her. Those were HER WORDS. Also her cougarlisious twitter handle was something SHE picked and used, but obviously couldn't spell.

IMO ~ She dresses and acts very unprofessional, chews gum in court like a child and tweets very childlike nonsense. I've seen so many of her tweets, but like MM, I don't want to waste my time on her either. Like I said before, with her holding the position/job that she has, she should know better. Then she wouldn't "feeel" the need to file appeals, harassment and intimation claims.

Is it possible that the alternate #13 could hve been released as alternate due to family reasons or illness, therefore the active juror would naturally ask for #2? I know I am reaching, but honestly.....i can't. even.....

I do not see how jurors would be allowed to choose which alternate would take their place.
