------------
Lone, I feel this too; There is NO court tomorrow and then weekend. They may want to wrap it up today.
Esp
especially if they are close in thoughts on a verdict. I wouldn't want to drag it over 3 days unless really far apart in
thoughts. Hope so!!

The jury could change their mind and decide to use Friday as a deliberation day if they chose. Hoping they complete and deliver a verdict today. My butt feels like it has widened considerably since this began.

Jury's been deliberating for six hours. Are they going to continue until 4:30MT? Will there be a verdict today?

DH is going to pick up some "fish crackers" for munching tonight.

I guess we'll know the verdict is in when we see MDLR haul 15 pounds of cosmetics into the holding room.

Maybe she's making a new "survivor" t-shirt...I will never forget her literacy speech.

But, but....Jodi doesn't relate well to other women. Well, okay, to anyone...but she sees herself as a Goddess who can make men weak in the knees. She may adapt to that environment but I doubt she will thrive. She can't even behave in jail...forget prison.

I'm fifty and against the DP in general, but in this case I'll make an exception.

I am 57 and lean away from death penalty, too-but in this case, I am finding myself hoping that she gets it. I really think she premeditated this killing, and from what I've seen of the defense case, she wasn't brought up in a particularly abusive home, and wasn't in an abusive relationship with TA. I think he was using her in a sexual sense, but this is what she wanted. I have always thought that she is a sociopath-it's really chilling, in my opinion.

Lumley Unit, Perryville Arizona State Prison, Goodyear, Arizona:

Arizona State Prison Complex - ASPC Perryville - Lumley Unit is a state prison. This facility is operated by the state of Arizona and is used to house and rehabilitate criminals. Inmates at Arizona State Prison Complex - ASPC Perryville - Lumley Unit are generally housed in locked cells during the night and are provided certain privileges such as the use of a recreation area, TV, phones and in some cases may have a job within the prison.

She would have to work her way up to Medium Security to enjoy most of those privileges, is what they said. Wouldn't be fore a couple years at least of maximum security.

I read that Willmott and Nurmi brought Jodi street clothes with spanx, but I'm not sure whether or not to believe that....

  • #1,537
Shame they didn't put the penalty phase to a public phone vote.

  • #1,538
Definitely not what he said.

He referred to her as "inmate Arias" and said she would have contact with other prisoners.

Truth.....am I understanding that you spoke to someone at Lumley? And are you saying these conditions are the same LWOP or DP, or only LWOP?
