But, but....Jodi doesn't relate well to other women. Well, okay, to anyone...but she sees herself as a Goddess who can make men weak in the knees. She may adapt to that environment but I doubt she will thrive. She can't even behave in jail...forget prison.

I believe that there are people who deserve the death penalty. But if it were me and I had to sign my name on the order, It would be hard and I would have to be sure. I don't think it is easy no matter what your beliefs are.

It shouldn't be easy to vote for the death penalty, in my opinion-I'd have to soul search, but this one-I just have a feeling about this chick. I really think she plotted this killing, and it was all because she realized she wasn't going to end up with Travis. And then there is what she and her defense team did to TA's reputation, and how CMJA has tortured Travis' family. This is when I don't have so much trouble with it.

Troy Hayden says no verdict yet

It is what it is and will be what ever it will be... I just want her gone from view- FOREVER!

I really could almost give a hoot less what she pulls on other inmates, birds of a feather and all, as long as his family and loved ones have peace. I just want her gone.

This makes no sense. Murderess only needs clothes if there is a verdict. Did sisters go into courtroom? That was supposedly locked ?

My dear daughter has been home sick the last two days, and wanted to go to the Walmart walk in clinic and I told her no not right now. Is that bad? I mean I'll take her when court is in recess for the day or barring, that later this evening. Well sometime today.

Yes, yes that is.

Nothing more important than family. I lost three family members last year. Take her.
The verdict will be played over a million times on you tube...if a verdict is reached today.

I know they are, I was joking more than anything.

I believe that means you are a trial addict!! I kept putting off baking a cheese cake and giving my puppy a bath, that,s bad too!!

No, there was an obviously-edited outdoor interview Troy Hayden conducted with a Department of Corrections official.

It was specific to Jodi Arias.

He was asked what would happen to the killer after the verdict was announced -- regardless of sentence.

He referred to her as inmate Arias throughout the interview and said that she would be transported to Perryville and would be designated a maximum security prisoner. I heard nothing about solitary confinement.

He also said that she, like the other prisoners, would have access to and contact with each other.

I was surprised at the number of privileges she will have there which she does not enjoy at Estrella.

If all that's true, tell me again why it matters she gets the DP?

Per BK: Ten of the jurors just walked out to take a break.

Awful close to quitting time to take a break...but then again who knows maybe smokers need a cig

It was premeditated for sure. And if it wasn't travis, it would have been some other guy....and I definitely believe she would have killed again.

Ten jurors taking a break. Why so many taking a break so close to the end of the day???? Is an announcement about to be made?

The article clearly stated 23 hours a day in a cell by herself with a DP verdict..*confused* but I do believe that is correct

"On death row, Arias will be allowed outside for one hour, six days a week and it will be spent alone, the other inmates get cleared out of the exercise area.

Most of Arias' life will be spent alone, even eating, in her cell. To pass the other 23 hours a day in her concrete box, she can read and will eventually be allowed to buy a small TV with basic cable channels if her family puts money into a spending account."
