They have a verdict and don't plan on reading it til tomorrow it sound to me since they are apparently going to work late. Like I thought they'd do today. I am so irritated I can't even stand it. I at the VERY LEAST hope they tell us they HAVE a verdict.

that statement about not reading a verdict until tomorrow is rather random and considering they are breaking at this time of day...I think they may be there and doing the paperwork and it will be read tomorrow...question being will they tell what is happening or just make it another day no verdict?

Hopefully if any are frustrated/angry it's only because they just found out that no verdict will be read today because it's too late in the day and they will have to come back again tomorrow.:/

I think so many are convinced that JA is going to get the DP that if the jury either comes back with life -or- can't decide (and thus the judge decides) there's going to be a massive emo meltdown.

Me, I'm expecting LWOP and if she gets the DP, then good.

Yes, they have an overwhelming amount of evidence to go through. It is harder on them than the first jury who got to hear the full testimony of all of it. They did get a summary but it was crib notes. "We just have to dig deep in our faith" Dave Hall.

i must be stone hearted then...id have walked into that jury room and voted death and made it clear i would not be changing my mind and would not feel in the least bit guilty.
