You're exactly correct. And the rule applies equally to both sides, not just in favor of the defendant. There is no great evidence that was kept out as too prejudicial.
Makes for a good story though, right? Lol.
And think about it AZ, the judge has made some strange decisions, one that was illegal. Eeek!!!

Yes, it's quite a bizarre-o world. They think a verdict of LIFE means she's walking out of the courtroom, FREE today! There was no DNA, she's taking the fall for someone else. Thinking about it, why are they saying all these things, if they believe it was self-defense???? If they think that's it, well, they wouldn't be making all these outrageous claims. They can't stick with one thing, just like ja & the DT.

There really are only a very small handful of regulars over there.

IMO that handful doesn't believe a word of what they spout, and none of them care about JA. What they seem to thrive upon is inserting themselves into the Drama, and in trying to create it by spewing hateful ugly nonsense. Saw it with CFA, now CMJA, and no doubt the same folks will be doing the same things when another high profile killer case comes along.

I guess you could fake a sprained ankle and "have" to sit at the desk? LOL

Tempting! Very tempting. But first I would have to rustle up a desk.

I've been on pretend phone calls and typing pretend emails reading through this thread because I don't want to miss anything. I finally know how to minimize the screen from my keyboard just in case someone comes up to my desk. :secret:
You sound just like me!

she doesn't have any proprietary rights in prison or already convicted felon does she AZL? Haden didn't need permission to air that footage. He only made deals with her for her interview like promising not to show her stripes to gain her trust for in person interview. Thats why he says "keep rolling" when she walks out and he shows her full body shot. Doubt she has any rights to ownership of her song. Plus, it is Madonnas song, so doesn't Madonna have the rights to who sings her songs
/?

I think her minions believe the leaked Acapella edit of that song will impact her proprietary rights to any future earnings when the edit gets picked up by a global dj and made into a stretched out glitterballed dance mix: Like A Prayer: The Jailhouse Full Remorse Mix.

I feel the same way Scarlett. There are 11 years between them. Jodi moved out of the house when she was 17, so Angela would have only been 6. I feel for the whole family. They have lost everything they ever had because of their evil spawn. Her father lost his business/restaurant, their home went into foreclosure. Her family did not murder anyone, and they definitely didn't ask for all of this. Sad. MOO~

I can't help but feel bad for Jodi's siblings. They will always be known as the killer Jodi Arias' family.

The JIIS also threw Nurmi and Samuels under the bus, they claim it was their idea to claim she was in a fog. I don't believe that for a minute, it was Jodi all the way

I just have this dark awful feeling that the fog was used because as bad as everything looked (the crime scene and photos of Travis afterwards) what went on that day was even worse than they depict. I can't think of another good reason why she didn't dream up more lies about why she 'had to get the knife' after having shot him and pretends not to remember anything after that point.

I attended two days of the trial and when i got let in the first day by myself to fill an empty chair, Jodi looked me up and down with those cold eyes. Scared the cr@p out of me. The evil emanating from her was palpable. She will definitely have no qualms about hurting another person in the future. With that being said, i go for DP because that is what the lovely Alexanders want. <mod snip>

Edit: i was there for the trial and not the penalty phase.

Troy Hayden told samia Khan on Fox 10 that he heard some really bad people in Perryville are waiting for Jodi. He said this is a bad prison with bad people in it.

They don't seem to be concerned about making it worse on themselves, the vocal ones.

I really can not wait to see this last trial on video. Tweets only tell part of the story. I want to see the thing play out in front of me. I want to watch Juan in Action.

I went over there last week and I got the same feeling, Hope. There are maybe, MAYBE, twenty posters over there, and a lot of times their posts are so over-the-top they sound like satire.

Get on it.

I teach art and Tai Chi. They give me a room full of easels and a huge empty room lined with mirrors. What excuse would I be able to float for needing a laptop or a desk?

But that is just what they have left of her melee. They are all damaged and affected, And it will continue to plague them for years.

He's just trying to make us feel better.

Last night the twitterer Juan's Tie posted a post from JAII. The theory of this person was that the Crock Pot carrier was a pro-Juan person who smuggled in evidence and transcripts given to him by Juan so they could secretly use it in deliberations. He's also concerned that the reason the jurors wanted to switch was because the alternate was also pro-state and was commissioned to kill Jodi in the courtroom of she didn't get death and the crock pot housed a .25.

Or something like that. Sketchy on the details. But what I can tell is it was bat chit.
