Why does MK act like he knows something that EVERYONE else doesn't????!!!!

The courthouse shuts down at 5 pm. There has to be at least an hour to get all the lawyers and other players to the court room. #jodiarias

If he really did get that from JSS I'll be writing a letter of complaint all the way from over here. Nobody should be talking to the press about jury deliberations for a DP case.

I've got to say that if I was on a jury and I was convinced it should be death I wouldn't change my mind to make a unanimous verdict. I would want the victims to know I was with them all the way.

Especially if a clear majority of jurors were for DP. If they hang, let it be at least 8-4 like last time to encourage JSS to give LWOP.

Funny, in the Wendi Adriano case, the only one who had doubts after they handed over the verdict was a... Nurse.

Yup.

Because he does... remember, he is a member of the defense team.

i must be stone hearted then...id have walked into that jury room and voted death and made it clear i would not be changing my mind and would not feel in the least bit guilty.

Oh if I was emotional it doesn't mean I would feel guilty doing it but because I imagine voting to give someone death is a big responsibility even to the most vile of human beings. A life is a life even if the human being is a vile and disgusting. And don't get me wrong in this case death is absolutely the appropriate verdict. Jodi is dangerous and she has forfeited the right to live among us on earth.

JSS told this to everyone. Nothing wrong with communicating the the press. She's supposed to do that.

Just speculation on my part.

The juror (trauma nurse) who was seen crying could be a big sign here. IMO she is trained to save lives, she may be struggling with voting for the DP but realized all the criteria had been met.

The man with the red face may have been feeling the same way.

not sure - we have so little to work with in this whole trial by tweet - everything is speculation. Every sentence - every tweet and even the meaning behind the words (shades of MF and ALV)

Don't tell JM you're "going behind the words".

That objection will be sustained.

Maybe any hold-outs need to look at the autopsy photos again!!!

Juror who is trauma nurse looked like she'd been crying. @TrialDiariesJ reported this earlier about her as well. #jodiarias .

they may make a compromise and go with lwop as long as she doesn't get out and get all foggy and murder someone else.

There is no compromise for them..they only decide between the death penalty or not.

Jurors leaving for the day. #JodiArias

This is the problem with reporting through tweets. Turns into speculation-festival and oftentimes what's been speculated is wrong.

Jury is leaving for the day. Nothing much written on their faces. #jodiarias.

So CMJA is already "reaching out to people at Perryville"? What does that mean-making friends? Can they do that in all states? I am just getting a visual of Scott Peterson reaching out and making friends in his prison in California...

  • #1,239
The fact that these jurors are back for more work past normal quitting time tells me they may be close. Just my thought. #jodiarias

we can only hope. This is like wating for labor to be over with.

Not like labor. Then I knew what was coming was miraculous and wonderful. Not that no matter what.

Well crap. Lets get this over with.
