Woman Loses Chunk of Arm in Dog Attack

The woman was bitten in several places. It was said tonight that the dog is going to be put down. There was also an incident with a child and the dog prior to this attack. The news reporter could not take photos of the dog because it was feared that it would agitate the dog further (a fact stated by the reporter).
