Vicki has a yellow rose tattooed on her right ankle. One of her left fingers is disabled.
Vicki was last seen in Waggaman, Louisiana at approximately 5:00 pm on July 12, 1987. She was with her boyfriend at a store. The boyfriend went into the store while she waited in the car. When he returned, she was gone. He told authorities he had only been gone a few minutes. Vicki was supposed to return home but never arrived. She has never been heard from again.
