I imagine EVERY provider has a few tales to tell about violent clients. That sort of thing goes with the territory.

Especially when you add in drug use, going into Brooklyn to purchase drugs and the possible supply of drugs to clients, etc. and having pimps or friends with bats...and then dirt bags on LIE & UG who describe the workers and give out their usual locations and home addresses. Finally, getting into the customer's car...

Very dangerous lifestyle and it is the many customers who enjoy anonymity...So, catching one amongst the droves of them is the challenge.

That's what I've always wondered. If the SK was clearly operating for many years in the area, it stands to reason that there were prospective victims who escaped or were abused but made it out alive. There's no way he had a 100% "success" rate. LE should make aggressively pursue women who have worked in the area the past 15 years and ensure immunity in exchange for information. There is someone - likely many women - who have been targeted by this guy who may not realize the significance.

A side note about UtopiaGuide: Those guys are sick. However, there are a lot of other boards in the internet (I found lately a kind of virtual home place for wannabe socio- and psychopaths, why not, every minority has it's websites, blogs and forums). But here is the rub: Most of them pretend. This is a kind of "community" to show off. So, UG for example has for sure some members showing off how dominant and sadistic they are while they in fact sit in mommy's basement masturbating at their fantasies and some pics from the web.
The real problem is, real psychoapths, and to a degree, socioapths as well, are not really urged to communicate two-ways. People are something not so cool for them when it comes two ways because people always want to share the weirdest emotions. So in a forum like UG, the real high level psychopaths are not the ones that do the bragging. Those are probably just wannabes. Easy acid test: If a significant portion about the other stories on that site would be true, there would be a damn lot of crime records, domestic violence calls and so on on file. Try to find any of that.

A Wilmington, N.C., native, Costello did not graduate high school, married and divorced twice and bounced around jobs in North Carolina and Florida before moving to New York in late 2009. Schaller, a friend of Costello's sister Kimberly Overstreet and then a commercial fisherman, said he paid for her plane ticket.

She attended a 28-day rehab program at St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson, where Brodsky said he met her. Both of them relapsed into drug use by the following spring.

Costello bought a prepaid cellphone and uploaded a Craigslist post advertising herself as a private dancer named Carolina, Brodsky said.

"That phone never stopped ringing," he said.

Schaller allowed her to work from his home. He and Brodsky say they did not act as pimps for Costello. But one of them was usually in another room when she had clients over. There were rules: Clients came to her and paid $200 an hour; she went only as far as she wanted to; and if a client demanded more, she called out for Schaller or Brodsky. The men would make the client leave -- in some cases physically removing him.

"It was a very controlled environment," Schaller said.

By midsummer, Brodsky said, Costello was earning $7,000 a week.

"She would lay the cash down on the table and say, 'Here, you can have $3,000 and I'll take four,' " Brodsky said.

By August, Brodsky was back in rehab. Costello kept living with Schaller until her disappearance the next month. Her vanishing didn't immediately cause alarm, since she had left at other times as well.

Don't it just seem really really odd that some one who was making 7,000 a week or even just 1,000 didn't own her own phone at all? I mean not even a cheap little flip phone pre paid $30 a month? Something isn't adding up for me about this phone thing.

She agreed to meet him in a car parked around the corner, Schaller said. The client would pay $450 for two hours or $1,500 if she spent the night with him.

But the man set conditions: She was to bring nothing and tell no one where she went.

Schaller told her not to go.

"You can't do this," he said he told her. "At least take a phone so you can call me if something happens."

Costello refused, he said. "That's not what he wants," Schaller remembers her saying. "She said it was big money."

It's unclear why, but "something made her trust him," recalled Schaller, who said his cellphone was used for the conversation and that he overheard parts of it. "It was like she knew him."

And then the plot thickens....I'm so confused. DS said she left with out a cell phone and that he told her not to go because this would of been really risky. Then he never calls the cops to report her missing? That is a really big deal to me. Even MP and AC who new SG was doing illlegal stuff went and tried to find her and tried to report her missing. I don't understand this. And the no phone thing really bothers me.

And I have seen DS in intervews saying that she had stalkers and weird guys looking threw the windows of their homes and he didn't have a problem with this at all? Wouldn't you think he would be like umm so hey Amber could you maybe get a room so these creeps are not hanging around out in my yard? wtf is going on here?
Most of these girls MW, SG, MB (yet to read up on MBB, she is next) seem to have some type of system going. Two cell phones, a driver, someone who worried about them missing or tried to report them missing. And even the girls with pimps had their own cell phones. Are we sure that DS cell phone wasn't really ALC and he just isn't so cheap that he stold a dead womans cell and lied about it being his? This is blowing my mind. Maybe I just need to go to sleep I've been up reading for about 6 hours now...maybe I am just burnt.

Just one more thought guess I didn't consider the fact that this could of been a drug house? As in DS was dealing drugs out of that house? Because even if he did drugs you can still call the cops and report some one missing unless if your hidding some thing much bigger then a crack pipe and a little bit of drugs that you could just do to get rid of quik. But what gets me is that I don't really look at DS as liar. I thought he came off kind of truthfull to be honest.

I'm just the opposite, Fredna. I think "Beverly" Costello is a dead ringer for Amber. Natasia is way more iffy for me.

FWIW, I found the pic of Beverly a few years ago completely by accident. I was doing some digging into Captree fishing. When I saw that pic I stopped dead in my tracks. That's Amber! The first pic I saw didn't have any named attached. Then when I dug further, I found a pic with Amber's last name attached to it. You can imagine how hard my jaw hit the floor. That's one whopper of a coincidence, imo.

I never even noticed the pic of "Natasia". Why would I? We didn't have a Natashia Jugo missing then. It wasn't until I was considering sharing the Beverly link with another poster that I noticed "Natasia's" pics posted on the same website.

But anyway...I'd be curious to hear what others think as well.

The early Myspace photos show her a few (maybe as much as five) years ago and you can see in two (taken in a mirror, IMO) the hint of the tip of small tattoo. If it is her, she may have continued adding to the tat. The abdomen and the belly ring are strikingly the same.

I have a pic of KO wearing sunglasses and one of KO & ALC, given to me by another member, and the hands, hips, and Sunglasses are nearly identical. I believe it is Amber in the fishing picture and I also think the guy might be RRoth. I don't believe it is the younger guy last name rhymes with TURN. He has different brand straps and looks much younger than the guy in the pic with "Beverly."

Also does anyone know how many days passed from when NJ disappeared and when her car was found? It just seems odd to me that footprints were still visible from the car to the water. When I go on a beach walk, my footprints are gone from the wind or the water by the time I return to the beach access. JMO.

Personal items (reported) and car found on Sunday (3/17/13). NJugo disappeared around 4:30 on Saturday (3/16/13). (there were conflicting reports of this time (4:30) being am and pm)

** Interestingly, as JustK noted... Jugo's car appeared to be found with windshield wipers "up" indicating they were on as it might have been raining. One would think rain would eliminate footprints more readily. However, maybe she just had the windshield wipers on for some other reason. What were the weather conditions during these hours?
