Cindy better have that bat ready to calm that vicious monster down when she's listening to the audio. I can hear the F bombs now. I've wondered too about the sudden release of all the documents and audio interviews. Is there a specific intent?

One would be to put pressure on Casey and the other members of the family to tell the truth.

Another might be a prelude to further charges.

At this point, there seems to be a lot of circumstantial evidence. But, there's no body, and therefore no cause of death - intentional or accidental. And, as far as we know, nothing to tie Casey to the crime.

Law enforcement isn't going to release anything extremely important to their case. Why would they do that? I doubt that will happen until they actually charge her and they actually end up in court on murder charges

Well, if it's being released in the same way the recent interviews were, it was part of the discovery phase. In essence, when they turned all that evidence over to the defense, it then became a part of the public record and is how we got our grimy little hands on all that juicy information.

So, yes, it is evidence that will be used in a trial.

I am wondering if there is are any Florida attorneys in here that can let us know if these documents being released that they are from a secret grand jury or is this how it works in Florida? I am really curious of Florida laws pertaining to a grand jury?

So, if they are releasing all this, plus what KC had on her computer, does that mean they won't be using any of it at trial?

I think LE is holding back a lot! Phone records, etc. And she had to be staying somewhere on the days that we don't have any released records, you know, friends that said she had spent the night with them. But I bet LE has a detailed record of every day.

This is beginning to sound like they don't have enough evidence to charge KC so they are going to try her in the Court of public opinion. She has already been tried there and found guilty. You would think they would keep some of this quiet for trial. IMO

I think LE has enough to charge Casey. The State doesn't have to release everything until there has been an official charge, to my understanding. If what we (public) are getting is this bad against Casey, then what can the State be holding back?
Tim Miller said they couldn't search where they were because of the water level. They were searching there for some reason and LE had set up a command center where TES was last searching????
Also we haven't read or heard anything from TL about the text message from Casey that Amy talked about - don't remember exactly how it went, "if they never find Caylee..." I think TL has been questioned and told LE and well there ya go, LE holding back info from us haha

So someone contact Amy and questions her about why they left for PR separately. This is insane, Ricardo came back from Boston on the 8th and stayed at the airport for the flight to PR. Amy met him at the airport. Troy had a job interview that delayed him from going until the 11th. And now they are being involved in this. I am just about to loss my mind.

well maybe they are building their case on the forensics, circumstancial & we all know now about motive. She sunk her ship with the text about the smell of squirrel, forensics may not have found any squirell under the car. No squirell..........she's a gonner IMO

Yeah, what I was trying to say (not so well :crazy is that either party (LE or Defense) can turn over material directly to each other without filing through the courts if they want. Once it's filed with the court, it essentially becomes public information. LE filed these interviews through the courts because they wanted them to become public information, IMO. Strategic - as you say.

It is all being released because a Sunshine Law Request was filed and they have no choice BUT to release it...They are doing what the LAW demands that they do...
