Table Rock is a welcome centre near the Horseshoe falls on the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls. It houses some stores and restaurants.

The only thing I could find on him was from an unverified Indian news source that stated he moved to Canada in 2018 for university. Still looking to see if that can be verified or any other residence details.
