A visitor to the Los Angeles County Marina del Rey Sheriff's station went up the stairs, then like any law-abiding citizen stopped at the sign saying 'visitor'.
Officials still didn't like it though, and tweeted a picture saying the visitor was unwelcome.
Never mind. The visitor was held - but only for a very short while, with gloved hands. Animal control have now taken possession of the obedient visiting rattlesnake.
