Volunteer Moderators Needed - Must Be A Member For A Year With 10 Or More Posts

Hey Everyone,
We are looking for volunteer moderators. If you have been a member for a year or more and have 10 posts or more you qualify as a potential mod.
Everyone who is qualified and posts on this thread the following, "How do I become a moderator?" will be entered for a 50 dollar Amazon gift card.
I know what you are thinking. You are thinking "Tricia you are a bit of an idiot because now all the people who have been members for a year or more and who have 10 or more posts will post here just to try and win the gift card."
I say to that thought oh no way. Our wonderful members would never do such a thing to try and win a gift card. They are too honest and kind. I know it. Then again I was certain Casey Anthony would be found guilty. Oh well. You are on the honor system Websleuths members.

One thing is we do need a criminal background check on anyone who is a moderator.

Thank you all for posting. We will keep this thread going for several weeks then we will draw for the gift card.
A few things to know about becoming a moderator.
It is a volunteer position.
You pick the times you want to work.
You work on the "reports" that members send us about posts that may violate our rules.
You will have to undergo a criminal background check
You have to tell me I look like I have lost weight once a day. Ok that's a lie you don't have to tell me that but I am thinking I will make that a new rule. heh.

I'd be interested in becoming a moderator but would leave the gift card to someone else who would like it! So officially I say, "How do I become a moderator?" but don't want to be entered in any drawing.
