Bruce Isaacs, 28, was found deceased in a wooded area of the Little River State Park in Waterbury on September 26, 1988. 34 years later, police are still seeking information about the homicide. Isaacs was a transient at the time of his death and had been camping around the Little River State Park area at the time of this homicide.
