Police looking for missing Bolton man

Vermont State Police say 44-year-old Daniel Burke from Bolton is missing but on Saturday his truck was found at the Waterbury Reservoir.

How sad that there don't seem to be any family members crying out for his safe return. Hard to tell how active the search is. I noticed that they have a crime hotline set up for tips. Otherwise, I think they would suspect suicide with his far being found near a reservoir....

His family is looking for him, but they are mostly relying on and trusting the police. Just wanted to make people aware there are people out there missing him, they just aren't on social media about it.

We now know the identity of the body found in the Winooski River Wednesday night.

Police say the man is Daniel Burke from Bolton. The 45-year-old was reported missing by his family in late December and his car had been found on Little River State Park Road in Waterbury.
