Police say Thomas Brown, 84, wandered from his home around 9:00 Monday night.

Police say brown suffers from dementia, and may be confused when confronted. They add Brown's gray Irish wolf hound was with him. The dog is friendly.

Brown was last seen wearing navy blue shorts, a medium blue golf shirt, a blue pullover sweater with a single white stripe, and tan boat shoes.
