CONWAY, Wash. — A two-year-old boy was reported missing at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, from the 21000 block of Mann Road in Conway.
He was last seen playing on a toy car near the Skagit River, according to Chief Chad Clark with the Skagit County Sheriff's Office. The toy car was later located in the river. The Sheriff's Office initiated a search and rescue effort. Land searches, boats, drones and the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island helicopter was called in to assist in the search.
The search is still ongoing and will resume in the morning if necessary, Chief Clark said.
