SUMMARY: White female 14 – 18 years of age. 5’4”-5’8”. These skeletal remains were found 1-2-86 in wooded ravine near Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn, close to remains of Bones #16 and another identified Green River victim. The victim was found during an evidence search around bones #16. Death probably occurred in the Spring or Summer of 1983. Dental records are available and a DNA profile has been developed by the University of North Texas and placed into CODIS. A new facial reconstruction was done by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. GARY LEON RIDGWAY admitted to this murder, pled guilty and is serving life in prison.

Marks, Scars: Bacsu has freckles on her face and a small scar on her forehead.
Clothing: A gray jacket, a purple sweater, a red sweater, blue jeans and blue/gray cougar runners. She had a ring with a green stone, opal stone earings and a necklace with two red hearts.
Dentals: Her teeth were in perfect condition at the time of her disappearance

Circumstances of Disappearance
Bacsu was last seen at approximately 8:30 PM on May 3, 1983 as she walked down Highway 16 towards her home near Highway 40 in Hinton, Alberta.
Following her disappearance, articles of her clothing were found near the Athabasca River, but she has never been recovered.
At first, authorities suspected that she had run away, but after the articles of her clothing were found, they believe foul play may be involved.

Chemical isotope testing has been completed on the young unidentified victim of Gary Ridgway. Unfortunately it points to a fairly wide swath of southern Canada, northern US and Alaska.

Results show she was either from or had spent time in Alaska, Montana, North Dakota, Idaho, Wyoming or several portions of southern Canada including: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador.

I believe that there are three Jane Does in this case: Jane Doe B-10; Jane Doe B-17; and Jane Doe B20.

Could someone direct me to the threads to each, if they exist here on WS. I'm at work and can't work on this right now. I want to make sure we get the right info and sketches lined up with the right victims.

The pair were allegedly were alive for a long period of time after they were reported missing. Cool. I am confident on Nancy being the Jane Doe.
On the Charley Project site says: "One of her teachers thought they saw her at a bar in Anchorage, Alaska in May 1983, seven years later, but this sighting was never confirmed"

So, maybe she was alive in 1983 and then went to Seattle just in the peak of Gary Ridgway´s killing spree
