Does Bailey go to school/work? Who does she live with?

What makes her "missing" as opposed to simple not in contact? There doesn't seem to be any evidence of wrongdoing or reason to be alarmed. This isn't even a case where she was expected to be somewhere or, it seems, had a routine that she didn't continue. Simply being "not in contact" is pretty thin to qualify as missing. Either there is more info. that they aren't sharing (which is too often the case) or this Hosmer St. area is really rough. IMO
