I think it has to be dentals. Heat destroys DNA, I'd be very surprised if they managed to get a profile off of this Doe.

The last time we know of publicly that they attempted to extract DNA was 2006. There’s been a lot of tech advancement in the last 20 years in working with burned remains, like with Herb Baumeister and Fox Hollow Farm and victims of 9/11. Not saying it would be easy or even possible, but worth a shot IMO.

Update: Brien Vogt, who was discussed as being as being a possible identity for the Bellingham Doe, has been removed from NamUs. I just spotted this Facebook post from "ten weeks ago." Vogt was still in NamUs as of about 3 weeks ago. I am happy he was identified, but sad for the family. You can read more about Vogt here.
